Absolutely! While I refer to specific characteristics of High Sensitivity throughout the course, people who do not identify as Highly Sensitive can definitely still benefit from the education, guidance, and worksheets.
I get this, deeply. This course addresses some of the ways in which recovery can be hard to choose. I can't force anyone to choose recovery, nor do I want to. My hope is that I'm able to reflect to someone what a recovered life can look like, and deliver the guidance and support that can help them move in that direction, should they so choose.
While the course extends over the course of one week, the videos are purposefully quite tolerable in length. The worksheets could take anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on how deep you want to go.
