  • What if I'm not Highly Sensitive? Will this still help me?

    Absolutely! While I refer to specific characteristics of High Sensitivity throughout my courses, people who do not identify as Highly Sensitive can definitely still benefit from the education, guidance, and worksheets.

  • I'm not sure recovery is for me.

    I get this, deeply. This course addresses some of the ways in which recovery can be hard to choose. I can't force anyone to choose recovery, nor do I want to. My hope is that I'm able to reflect to someone what a recovered life can look like, and deliver the guidance and support that can help them move in that direction, should they so choose.

  • How long will this take?

    While the course extends over the course of one week, the videos are purposefully each just a few minutes in length. The daily worksheets could take anywhere from 10-30 minutes, depending on how deep you want to go.
