Absolutely! While I refer to specific characteristics of High Sensitivity throughout my courses, people who do not identify as Highly Sensitive can definitely still benefit from the education and guidance.
I get this, deeply, and this course addresses some of the ways in which recovery can be hard to choose. I can't force anyone to choose recovery, nor do I want to. This is a mini course, so it's likely you'll get through the material in one sitting - anywhere from 20-25 minutes.
