FAQ

  • What if I'm not Highly Sensitive? Will this still help me?

Absolutely! While I refer to some specific characteristics of High Sensitivity throughout this webinar, people who do not identify as Highly Sensitive can still benefit from the information, helping them feel more prepared for their stay in residential.

  • I'm not sure recovery is for me.

I get this, deeply. This course addresses some of the ways in which recovery can be hard to choose. I can't force anyone to choose recovery, nor do I want to. My hope is that I'm able to reflect to someone what a recovered life can look like, and deliver the guidance and support that can help them move in that direction, should they so choose.

  • How long will this take?

This webinar recording is roughly 30 minutes long.
